Our Commitment

While we work toward full conformance, some older content or third-party integrations may not yet fully meet these standards. We are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps.

We are aware of the following areas under active improvement:

  • Some PDF publications may not be fully optimized for screen reader access. We are working to provide accessible versions of key documents upon request.
  • Third-party e-commerce and payment components may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We are working with our vendors to address known issues.

  • NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) with Chrome on Windows
  • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
  • Keyboard-only navigation in Chrome and Firefox
